New construction supervision
Building yacht is a big investment and a complex process. As consultants and owner's representatives, we can help you by guiding your project from design to completion. We listen to your requirements and translate them to the executing parties in the form of technical specifications. Negotiations with the yard or subcontractors can be conducted on your behalf. We represent your interest and can act as coordinator for designers, yard, classification societies, suppliers, crew and others involved in your project. We can manage timings and costs on your behalf. In short, our ultimate goal is for the construction of your new yacht to be exciting, enjoyable and stress-free, while giving you complete control over every detail.

Refit management
The refit of an existing yacht requires a great deal of preparation and making the right choices in terms of contractors, structures and materials. Hamarcon can take the care and supervision of this off your hands. This can be in the form of advice or, in concrete terms, as a project manager, taking care of the management of the site and/or subcontractors. We can coordinate this for you and represent your interests.

Technical support
We offer 24/7 technical support. For regular maintenance and for troubleshooting. We work together with a network of experienced, skilled engineers and specialists for this. This is necessary because of the technical complexity and the necessary speed of action in case of failures. This gives us access to specialised knowledge and experience that is often required. We can also be of service for regular maintenance work such as a short visit to a drydock or for a simple scrub and a new anti-fouling. After a boating season, we can also inspect the boat and prepare a report with recommended ‘winter’ work. You can also leave the implementation of this to us with peace of mind.

Safety & Compliance
We can assist in the development of management systems. Consider the development of an ISM manual with associated procedure and safety checklists. We offer customised services, working with the captain and crew. Nothing is more annoying than filling out a checklist that is irrelevant. We can also provide implementation of the quality system into the yacht or fleet software system. Performing internal audits of quality systems is also among the possibilities.
